Piece on UN climate summit in The Conversation

Together with my colleague [Federica Genovese] (http://www.federica-genovese.com/) at Essex, I published a thought piece about the forthcoming UN climate summit, COP26, at Glasgow in The Conversation. Our central punchline is that very possibly what is not on the negotiating table, that is, the domestic politics of national decarbonisation, is more critical than what will be discussed at the climate conference.
